What if it does not work for me?
You have 90 days from delivery to ask for a full refund. Email support@getairflux.com with your order number and we send you return instructions. See our Refund Policy.

Yes. Beyond the 90-day money-back guarantee, every unit carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We repair or replace at no cost.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not updated after 5 business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, write to support@getairflux.com and we will change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, use the 90-day return instead.
