This website is operated by 8Figures Labs LLC (EIN 36-5170280), which sells the AirFlux Portable Tire Inflator under the AirFlux brand at getairflux.com. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products accurately and to show colours and details faithfully. We cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colours exactly. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that result from a pricing error, and to refund it in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm shipment. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Intended use

Use the product according to the instructions supplied with it. AirFlux products are consumer products and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or any doubt about whether the product is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional before use.

Returns and warranty

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and 1-year limited warranty are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
