Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• United States: 5 to 9 business days after processing.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us at support@getairflux.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a replacement at no cost to you.
