Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your AirFlux Portable Tire Inflator. If you are not, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a full refund.
How to start a return
Email us at support@getairflux.com with your order number and a short note about why the product did not work for you. We reply within 1 business day and send you return instructions.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
- Return the product with all included accessories.
- Normal signs of use are expected and accepted. This is a real trial, not a display-only guarantee.
- We cover the return shipping cost on defective items. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item we inspect it and issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Warranty
Beyond the 90-day money-back guarantee, your AirFlux Portable Tire Inflator is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us and we will repair or replace the unit at no cost.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will send a replacement at no cost.
